This one is a lot like the one that I got when I was at Berkeley, and I take with me wherever I go (and maybe to a fault):

"If you don't like the news, go out and make your own."

We didn't like the news that we had a team of superstars who were not accomplishing all of the things our system allows us to do. Our structure puts much less limitations on us than the rest of health care.

So now we're making our own news. It's a great read.</description>
