		<description>Excellent point. Nothing is less productive than bringing in a consultant then acting as a babe-in-the-woods.  Consultants should be brought in as team members who spend much of their time coaching/mentoring permanent team members. Using consultants for their expertise, with little lateral transfer of knowledge, is a very expensive proposition.</description>

		<description>I couldn't agree more with this distinction between change driven from consultants as opposed to lean leaders in the management system. The latter is a much more powerful lever. It is often a tough pill for many consultants and managers alike to swallow.</description>
