		<description>It was great talking to you today.  My only comment is in regards to PDCA.  The thinking and the process is the same at every level, be it strategic planning or frontline improvement.  How it is applied, the duration of each step, etc. will depend on the purpose of the work.

		<description>General Eisenhower said "Planning is everything, a plan is nothing."

Maybe a little overly dramatic, but he wanted his planners to be constantly engaged in planning.  The minute they became static, their plans became outdated.  He challenged them to think stratgically while planning deliberately.  And as soon as they re-evaluated, they started the process all over again.

Keep up the good work Ted.
