		<description>That's an outstanding story, thanks for sharing it.  Thanks also for linking to my Podcast.  The ideas there came from David Meier, who was my guest, but I also believe it very strongly that "explaining why" can be as powerful as "asking why," from a Toyota standpoint.</description>
