I am returning from a national conference of health care executives, where I gave a very short presentation on our efforts in LEAN. It was focused on information technology. Overall, it was a great experience, and is a great experience to introduce the concept to others. The questions are terrific, and challenging, and help shape our work.

Keep up the PR work. If we are every goning to change healthcare we need other organizations to take the plunge with us. We just need to make sure that we stay one step ahead.
