		<description>That's a great story -- we're all human and we all fall back into old habits or bad behavior (myself included, trust me).  

I've seen that happen before... the interest level suddenly explodes, whether it's a director, VP, or executive level... I think it's different things that trigger those epiphanies, sometimes it's seeing results from lean, sometimes it's a crucial conversation that's had.  Thanks for sharing that!</description>
