So I love this quote and manage to pull it out in some context almost every month.
I sometimes jokingly pair this quote with a Star Wars reference - the Yoda mind trick. By listening and carefully guiding a discussion, we can convince a team of people to not only take up a challenging task - but to feel like they were the ones who came up with the idea in the first place.
